Scrappy and Process

Let's call this little truck Scrappy, and the big one Process. Sometimes a big truck that can carry it all is great, and sometimes a little truck you can zip around town in is exactly what you need. Sometimes you need to use both in the same day.

The scrappy early stage/small edtech that needs process: the CEO/founder is the one doing the inconsistent LinkedIn posting, the website hasn't been touched in three years, and there are a few podcast episodes but nothing new for the last 6 months.

The process-driven venerable education consulting firm that needs a scrappy approach: the CRM is spotless, the email drip is regular, but Sales can't for the life of them get an updated one-pager with new offerings until months and months after they've launched.

Most companies are driving one truck or the other all the time. I know which truck to drive when. If that's what your marketing is missing, let's talk.

p.s. NOT an AI-generated photo. That's a real neighborhood parking moment from real life.
